Terms of Sale

These terms will govern sales made by Drone Tech Aerospace Ltd ("DTA") through this website. The content below is a structural placeholder pending full legal review and will be finalised before any priced product goes live for checkout.

1. Who we are

Drone Tech Aerospace Ltd, a VAT-registered company incorporated in the United Kingdom and the official UK reseller of FJD Trion products.

2. Orders and acceptance

All products currently on this site are quoted on application ("POA"). No order can be placed for a product until DTA has issued pricing and the customer has accepted a formal quotation or invoice.

3. Consumer rights (Distance Selling)

Where a purchase is made by a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, including the 14-day cooling-off/return right. Business-to-business sales may be contractually exempted from certain consumer-only provisions where genuinely B2B.

4. Warranty

Products are sold with FJD's manufacturer warranty, with first-line support provided by DTA. Full warranty terms will be confirmed per product/order.

5. Shipping

Shipping scope (UK-only vs international) is confirmed separately and stated at checkout once pricing is enabled.

6. WEEE / electronics disposal

As a seller of electronic equipment, DTA complies with applicable UK WEEE take-back and disposal obligations.
