Model Web moves the heavier processing and collaboration side of a scanning project into the browser: point-cloud mapping, colourisation and GNSS registration run in the cloud, so reviewers and clients can explore a project without installing anything or owning powerful hardware. Built-in measurement tools cover angles, distances, heights and areas directly in the viewer. 3D Gaussian Splatting support gives an immersive, photorealistic walkthrough of a captured space, and a dedicated Virtual Room Tour mode is aimed squarely at real estate marketing. Auto Floor Plans generates 2D/3D floor plans from the scan automatically, and an AI Rendering Lab produces styled interior visuals straight from those floor plans. A practical way to share and sell scan deliverables to non-technical stakeholders — architects, agents, clients — without training them on point-cloud software.
